Tom has over 25 years’ experience leading organizations and executive teams in business transformation in the supply chain, operations & technology space, including mergers & acquisition integration. Tom has a proven track record delivering over 200 projects and over €100m in verified savings across multiple Global environments, achieving measurable impact and organizational change. Tom is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Executive Coach.

Tom has been a consultant for several major consultancies (Deloitte, PwC) where he has led multiple large scale transformations for multinational companies in Europe, Asia and North America.

Tom has also held senior roles in industry. Tom was the Global Head of Manufacturing Supply Chain and Transactional Excellence for Outokumpu, one of the world’s leading stainless-steel companies where he supported and led process improvements, black belt projects, and an end-to-end supply chain transformation resulting in €30m in combined savings and cash release.
