With over 20 years of experience, Martin brings a strong customer focus acquired during his career in business development and B2C sales management.
Martin established and successfully managed local sales companies across the CEE region in the financial services sector. In a regional corporate role, he was responsible for creating and managing a retail sales and personal data processing unit, building a central unified sales controlling structure for the region. Based on precise market analysis he developed and introduced a unique retail investment product portfolio, that resulted in doubling the sales performance within 2 years.
He implemented, maintained and localized a specific commission calculation software and rolled out staff training for its operation in multiple countries across CEE. Martin led and managed data migration projects for implementation at subsidiaries.
He facilitated several projects improving business processes and effectivity of a medium-sized CEE bank and also ran a similar project later for an insurance company.
