Martin is business consultant with 25 years of experience in different sectors in CEE and globally.  He has combined 14 year of experience major consulting companies (Deloitte, PwC). He led multiple finance function focused initiatives.

His career experience covers set up of finance departments and finance functions in different sectors, he is specialized in crisis management, interim finance management, management reporting, carve outs and spin offs, controlling functions, implementation of costing and revenue systems.

In his professional career he held several financial positions ranging from start-up companies to restructuring. In most of the cases Martin was responsible for finance transformation often connected with business transformation.

Some of his previous projects include complex restructuring of finance department for U.S. Steel, setting up of financial department for Novares, design of Finance Target Operating model for GGE, business recovery services for Tatra a.s., or improvement of financial statement closing processes for VSE or Dell, and optimization of selected processes in Volkswagen.
