Over a twelve-year period in Central Eastern Europe, he modernized inventory, logistics and billing systems, and built sales teams, for incumbent and start up telecom operators in Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Romania.  Now back in the US, he works with manufacturers to optimize working capital and gross margins through strengthening supply chains.
